These candidates undergo training in physical fitness, fundamentals of safety and security management, first grooming, etiquette and manners, culture and self discipline, and working knowledge of local languages, English and Hindi. These candidates are not allowed to don the GSA uniform unless they clear the written test and viva and display the right attitude. They are trained to look at their assignment not as a job but as profession and a career.
